Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management

Estate Management is the field that deals with land, property, and buildings – from valuing them to managing them and developing real estate. This Bachelor of Technology degree is taught within the Faculty of Built Environment at Kumasi Technical University. How hard it is to get a place

This programme is less competitive than many other degrees, especially in the built environment field.
