By accessing or using the UniEntryGH website and eligibility engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

UniEntryGH provides an informational admissions intelligence service that matches user-provided academic grades with tertiary program requirements in Ghana. Final admission decisions are made by the respective institutions.

3. Fees and Payments

Access to the detailed eligibility report requires a fee. Payments are processed through institutional mobile money gateways. All fees are non-refundable once the report has been generated, as the intelligence is delivered instantly.

4. Intellectual Property

The algorithm, data structures, and design of the UniEntryGH engine are proprietary. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the eligibility calculation logic.

5. Limitation of Liability

UniEntryGH is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not liable for any discrepancies between our assessment and a university's final decision. Users are encouraged to verify results with the actual institutions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
