BSc Horticulture

Horticulture is the science and art of growing fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, and flowers. A BSc in Horticulture prepares you to work in everything from food production to landscape design, blending biology, plant science, and business.

At University of Cape Coast, entry to this programme is competitive. The College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences accepts SHS students from Agriculture and General Science backgrounds. If you are comparing options, note that the same programme at University for Development Studies is less competitive than at UCC.
